Considerably more expensive than a

Considerably more expensive than a few years ago. I believe these batteries are still worth it, longer life, no concerns about leakage. I use them in camera equipment and flashlights.

Replace Your Old Alkaline 1.5V Technology!

I have started using these lithium batteries in place of alkaline and no longer experience corrosion like that associated with alkaline batteries being left in a device too long. Battery Junction has many different quantity options and even the occasional back order still arrives in a reasonable time frame.
