Small and Powerful

I bought this set of cells to modify a light I am working on. Charging is great and cells last a long time.

Solid

Had these before and they are great for high capacity drain items. Ordered 10 more and have not been disappointed. Very Good Idea

I may design my next product to use this battery. The protection circuit works well, preventing discharge below 2.5 volts or so, which saves the battery. (Once a lithium ion cell is discharged completely it loses its capacity and goes way out of spec.)

if you discharge this thing at a 1 ma rate it would hold up for 600 hours, but I discharged it at a 400 ma rate, which is only 1.25 watt or so, a reasonable loading for real-world use. It gave me one hour at 400 ma.

400 mAh is very useful, no problem. I never believed 600 mAh anyway, the battery is too small to deliver such power. But it would be nice to see an honest, conservative specification that really meant something. This hypy specmanship makes me wonder about the quality I might expect within a batch of 1000 of these.

(Note the battery is about 2mm longer than a standard AAAA. This means it will not always fit where an AAAA fits.) Read Less

Finally a protected 10440

I bought these for some single AAA flashlights that I knew would handle the 3.7volts they put out, charged right up and work great.

Don't believe the ratings

600mA? I don't think so. 330mA would be the more realistic rating. The *fire batteries seem to exaggerate their specifications but they do work most of the time. Time will tell how these batteries will perform as I do have a few that still perform after 5 years.
