I use these coin cell batteries in several items. They work well and last just as long as the more expensive brand name batteries. I use them in my keychain lights and in one of my rifle scopes.

teries: Maxell is a well-known brand and yet cost no more than some other relatively unknown brands. Each was separately sealed in strips of five. The strips showed no sign of age or wear and were all still air-tight sealed. I tested one with a VOM (high-impedance, meaning no-load) and found it to have a voltage of 3.30. Tested on a battery tester (with a load), the tester register well into the good range. I was a little concerned because the back of the packaging indicated "use by 2022". I understand that lithium batteries have a nominal shelf life of ten years, still having at least 80-90% of their charge at ten years. These appeared, therefore to have been on the shelf for five years, so they ought to provide full usage. I am guessing that leaving the unused batteries sealed may extend their self life. I used five of the batteries, one in a watch, two each in two tiny pinch lights (love those lights). We have enough other devices that we can probably use the remaining five within their shelf life.
