Good addition to a Safety kit.

It is lite, it is wide, it has a beefy buckle, it does have a good adjustability range, it unfortunately has that mild petroleum smell that things from china tend to have(doesn't diminish its use). thus the loss of a star - let it air out and its good.

Great item for a low price. I'm a bike instructor and have my students wear one when we're riding around cars. These belts appear to be cheaply made, I'm concerned with their durability in cold weather. I purchased 20 of these for some law enforcement training, we'll see how they last...
