It means that when you upgrade your phone in 2 years, the case you no longer need can be composted and will break down into organic compounds in just a few months. Please note that the cell phone case is not meant for residential composting and would need to be sent to an appropriate facility. Not only is the BioCase good for the environment, but it's packaging is as well. The sleeve is made from 100% post-consumer recycled paperboard.
