This light is dual-fuel capable, so you can also power it with 2 x CR123A batteries, but note that runtimes and output levels will differ. When your battery is getting low, the E9 GEN5 has an LED indicator that will light up to alert you. To recharge, simply attach the magnetic charging cable to your light.
