Powerful Output

Ideal for any outdoor enthusiast, the Streamlight Super Siege® Rechargeable Lantern provides everything needed for a camping trip from a potent light source, to a portable power bank, to a handy storage compartment. Equipped with a sophisticated C4® White LED, this powerful lantern is able to produce up to 1100 Lumens of stunning illumination, as well as two dimmer white light outputs of 550 Lumens and 125 Lumens. In addition to its white LED, the Super Siege® also features four red LEDs that are used to produce high and low outputs of constant red light that preserve night vision, as well as a specialized SOS Mode for emergency situations. All six outputs can be accessed and switched between using the single easy-to-use body switch, which is recessed into the lantern's body to prevent unintentional operation. The body switch also doubles as a power status indicator, switching from glowing green, to yellow, to red as the lantern's battery drains, and finally flashing red once the battery is fully depleted.

Durability and Functionality

The lantern's multitude of outputs are certainly impressive, but its the Super Siege®'s unrivaled multi-functionality and resilience that set it far apart from its competitors. The lantern's body is constructed using sturdy polymer plastic and is coated with a tough rubber mold that gives it astounding resistance to both water and shock damage. The body's buoyant composition allows the lantern to float, making it perfect for use around water. The Super Siege®'s LEDs are protected by unbreakable polycarbonate lenses and are surrounded by a removable polycarbonate cover that mellows and equally disperses the light 360° for lighting in close quarters. The lantern also features a rubber-coated handle and comes with a custom Glare Guard™ that can be placed over half of the cover to angle the light for task lighting. The Super Siege®'s base features a special D-ring that can be clipped around ropes, cables and much more to hang the lantern for even more hands-free lighting options. The base can also be removed, revealing a small storage compartment inside where you can place your cash, keys and other small belongings for storage and protection from water damage.

Portable Power Source

The Super Siege® comes standard with a specialized internal battery that is not only unique in its design, but how it can be used as well. The 8800 mAh Lithium Ion battery pack can power the lantern on its brightest output for up to 5 hours and its lowest output for an amazing 288 hours on a single charge. In addition to powering the lantern, the internal battery can also be used as a power bank via a USB port to charge electronics that use USB charging cables such as smartphones, tablets, and even some rechargeable flashlights (Note: The Super Siege® does not come with a USB cord, only its own AC charge cord). Both the USB port and the lantern's charging port are protected by a rubber cover that seals tight to prevent any water from getting in.
