Introducing the Klein Tools Tripod, Battery Junction's first tripod for hands-free use of flashlights, cameras, A/V equipment, tools, and more. This Tripod is compatible with any instrument utilizing a 1/4-20 mounting thread! The tripod's functional centerpiece is its pan/tilt handle, which enables 360-degree rotation and tilts the pedestal to the desired orientation. Whatever is mounted on the tripod has a pan range of 360°, tilt range of 180°, and the ability to execute a lateral tilt of up to 90° for vertical-orientation photography uses.

Adjustable Height and Easy Connections

The Klein Tools Tripod also has adjustable legs and non-skid feet which allow for you to find level stability on uneven terrain. Flipping leg locks enable you to extend the legs to the exact length required and keep them in place. The Tripod features a built-in bullseye level helps ensure the tripod is on a level plane, essential for landscape or portrait photography. A locking hand crank gives you manual control over extending or reducing the pedestal height precisely. The Tripod can reach a height of 61" (5+ feet!), making it able to provide area light (when used with flashlights or light sources) from a high angle to illuminate entire worksites. Your compatible device installs on the Tripod using a quick-release mounting plate with a 1/4-20 mounting thread. An integrated screw control on the underside of the mounting plate makes attachments extremely easy to manage, perfect for quick-access lighting or photography.

The Klein Tools Tripod is collapsible and stores easily in the provided carry bag, making it a cinch to bring with you to remote worksites or wherever your next photo shoot is located. The included bag has straps that enable both shoulder or backpack-style carry, so it is easy to bring with you wherever you need to go. The tripod is extremely compact when collapsed at only 23"! Weighing just 3.3 pounds, the Klein Tools Tripod will support even heavy lights and measurement tools without falling over, and yet is light enough to bring with you almost anywhere!
