AED Battery Exchange (ABE) Warranties and Return Policies

4 Year Warranty:

AED Battery Exchange (ABE) provides a 4 year warranty against material and workmanship defects. ABE only uses cells by the same manufacturers as the OEM's in order to provide equivalent life. ABE does not warranty against environmental or AED conditions that result in AED writing error codes to the battery that are not idicative of the true health of the battery.

Acebeam Warranties and Return Policies

5 and 5+ year warranties apply only to Acebeam flashlights, headlamps, bike lights and camping lanterns, excluding lanterns with built-in batteries, purchased after 1 May 2016. Products purchased before 1 May 2016 and special offers may have different warranty terms. The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by: rough usage or operation which does not comply with the user manual or product specifications; battery leakage; unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification; or defects or damage caused by factors outside of Acebeam’s control.

15 Day Warranty:

If the customer experiences any problems caused by manufacturing defects in normal use with an Acebeam product within 15 days of purchase, the dealer will replace that product.

1 Year Warranty:

LEP flashlights, rechargeable batteries, battery chargers, bike mounts, filters, remote pressure switches and lanterns with built-in batteries are warranted for a period of 1 year (12 months) from date of purchase.

5 Year Warranty:

If an Acebeam flashlight fails during normal use and any problem covered under warranty occurs within a period of 5 YEARS (60 months) of purchase, the dealer is responsible for warranty service.

5+ Year Warranty:

After 60 months the dealer will attempt to repair the flashlight for the cost of spare parts and shipping.

ASP Warranties and Return Policies

Lifetime Warranty:

ASP covers their products for workmanship and material defects, and offers repairs or replacements at their discretion for free. Coverage does not extend to damages inflicted by misuse and abuse, normal wear and tear, nor cosmetic damage. Sentry Batons have a reduced one year warranty, and depleted batteries are not covered.

Battery Junction Warranties and Return Policies

30 Day Warranty:

All flashlights are covered by a 30 day limited warranty for repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover damages due to accidents, misuse, or negligence. This warranty is limited to the value of goods sold and does not cover any associated damages. Warranty service can be processed by calling or emailing.

Flashlights and lighting equipment returned after 30 days due to manufacturing and workmanship defects is handled in accordance to applicable warranties as set forth by the product’s brand.

Blackfire Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Blackfire covers their products for material and workmanship defects, and will repair, replace, or refund products at their discretion. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, incidents, alterations, or wear and tear is not valid for warranty coverage. Lifetime coverage is for flashlight and illumination products’ lifetimes that don’t have rechargeable batteries.

1 Year Warranty:

Blackfire’s one year warranty is identical to their limited lifetime warranty, except that it solely covers flashlight and illumination products containing rechargeable batteries. Same guidelines regarding applicable damage is in effect for this warranty.

Coleman Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Warranties:

Coleman's limited warranties cover their products for workmanship and material defects, and are only valid for the original purchaser. Warranty length varies by product, (5 years, 10 years, and others). You must have proof of purchase to make a claim, and need to contact Coleman via phone before returning products.

Efest Warranties and Return Policies

3 Year Warranty:

Efest covers their battery and charger products up to three years after purchase for workmanship and material defects. Efest will repair or replace products, depending on their purchase age. Coverage is not extended to products that sustain damage from third-party repairs or alterations, misuse and abuse, accident or disaster, unauthorized sellers, normal wear and tear, nor cosmetic damage. Warranty is void if serial number is removed or if receipt cannot be produced for claim.

Empire Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Warranty:

Empire covers their products for defects in workmanship and materials, and will recredited at prices matching the time of return at their discretion. Warranty Coverage does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents. Warranty terms are as follows:

1 Year Warranty: Lead Acid, Li-ion, & Li-Po Batteries, Accessories, USC-003

2 Year Warranty: NiMH & NiCd Batteries, DVU Chargers

Energizer Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Warranty:

Energizer offers multiple no-leak guarantee for their various battery products, with term lengths and stipulations generally depending on battery chemistry. If batteries leak within the relative terms, Energizer will replace or repair damaged electronics at their own discretion. Replaced product will be determined by market value at time of claim. The terms are as listed:

Energizer MAX Alkaline: Battery life or 2 years following full battery use

Energizer Ultimate Lithium: Guaranteed to never leak under normal usage, may be returned if ever leaks

Energizer Recharge Power Plus / Universal AA/AAA: 1 year after full discharge

Fenix Warranties and Return Policies

15 Day Warranty:

Fenix will replace any new product that shows signs of manufacturing defects during intended product use within 15 days of purchase. Coverage does not extend to damage from normal wear, rough usage, or battery leakage. Improper product handling will void the warranty. Discontinued products will be replaced with similar or improved model.

Extended Warranties:

Fenix will offer free repairs for products that show signs of defects during intended product use within the times listed below for different products. Coverage does not extend to damage from normal wear, rough usage, or battery leakage. Improper product handling will void the warranty.

FitorchWarranties and Return Policies

15 Day Policy:

Distributor (Battery Junction) will replace the product for any issues encountered in the first 15 days after purchase - excluding cases of product abuse, alteration, theft, loss, or unreasonable usage.

Extended Warranties:

Fitorch offers 60 months (5 years) of free warranty coverage, and will repair products at cost following that period. This warranty only applies to defects in material or workmanship, and excludes the cases outlined above. This warranty DOES NOT apply to sheaths, accessories, imprinting, or color finishes.

5 Year Warranty: For free, Fitorch will repair or replace your product with one of equal or greater value in the case of any defects in material or workmanship.

5+ Year Warranty: For the cost of main replacement parts only, Fitorch will repair products with defects in material or workmanship.

Folomov Warranties and Return Policies

15 Day Free Replacement:

Folomov offers a 15 day free replacement for new products that show signs of manufacturing defects with normal use. If a model is no longer available, it will be replaced with a similar or improved model.

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Folomov offers a limited warranty, which includes free repairs for products that develop problems or defects with normal use. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, rough operation, and battery leakage does not fall under warranty. Warranty length depends on the product type, and is listed below:

  • 5 Years: Flashlights, Headlamps, Bike Lights
  • 2 Years : Flashlights, Headlamps, and Bike Lights with sealed battery packs non-accessible by the customer. This also extends to the sealed battery pack.

Lights beyond this period may still be returned for repairs, but customers will be charged for parts.

Gemoro Warranties and Return Policies

10 Day Warranty:

Kessler (parent company of GemOro) has a general warranty that covers defects found for any reason. Kessler will repair, replace, or refund defective product at their own discretion. Customer must take care to keep product damage to a minimum, and claims must made within 10 business days of receiving product.

GoLight Warranties and Return Policies

GoLight model warranties are covered as shown below. Before sending your light in for repair by GoLight, you must call them for a Return Authorization Number and follow their shipping instructions.

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Inova’s limited lifetime warranty covers light products for manufacturing, workmanship, and material defects. Coverage does not extend to damage taken due to misuse and abuse, neglect, alterations, water submersion, or scratches and external damage that don’t affect light output. Batteries and accessories are not included, except for the T4 Lithium Ion Batter and T4 Charger Cradle (1 Year Warranty for defects). Engraving your light, changing the end-cap, and submerging your device in water will void the warranty.

iPower Warranties and Return Policies

1 Year Limited Warranty:

iPower covers their fast smart chargers for one year after purchase for defects in workmanship and materials. Coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse and abuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations, or accidents. iPower will repair product or replace for free.

3 Month Limited Warranty:

iPower covers their batteries for three months after purchase for defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse and abuse, accidents, short circuits, and charging from other brand chargers.

JETBeam Warranties and Return Policies

15 Day Warranty:

JETBeam will replace any product that shows signs of manufacturing defects with normal use within 15 days of purchase. If product is discontinued, product will be replaced with similar or upgraded model.

Extended Warranties:

JETBeam offers free repairs for the times and product types listed below. Repair coverage does not extend to excessive dropping, abnormal use or storage, unauthorized modification or repairs, battery leakage, or salt water and corrosive unit damage.

Klarus Warranties and Return Policies

1 Year Limited Warranty:

Klarus covers their batteries, chargers, and accessories for material and workmanship defects within five years of purchase. Free repair or replacement will be offered to defective products that don’t show signs of accidental or intentional damage, nor unreasonable use and alterations.

5 Year Limited Warranty:

Klarus covers their flashlights for material and workmanship defects within five years of purchase. Free repair or replacement will be offered to defective products that don’t show signs of accidental or intentional damage, nor unreasonable use and alterations.

Klein Tools Warranties and Return Policies

Klein Tools, Inc. warrants that the products set forth below will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use for the timeframes listed below (unless otherwise noted on the product packaging). At its option, Klein Tools will repair or replace, or refund the purchase price of, any product which fails to conform with this warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage from alterations, abuse, misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear of the product. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Klein Tools Distributor is required for all warranty claims.

All warranty returns require proof of purchase from an Authorized Klein Tools Distributor and must include a Warranty Return Authorization (WRA) number. This warranty does not apply to batteries, nor does it imply liability for incidental or consequential damages.

Ledlenser Warranties and Return Policies

5 Year Warranty:

Ledlenser covers their products for material defects and workmanship errors, and at their discretion, will repair or replace defective product with warrantied product of equal or greater value. Warranty only covers original buyer and does not extend to user abuse, theft, loss, or unreasonable use of product. This warranty lasts for five years, but can be extended to seven if product is registered.

Leatherman Warranties and Return Policies

25 Year Warranty:

Leatherman covers products for products for defects and damage, not including any from abuse, alteration, theft and loss, or unauthorized misuse of product. Coverage does not extend to sheaths, accessories, imprints, color finishes, cleaning, or sharpening. This warranty only covers products purchased for personal use by original buyer; warranty will not cover bulk resells of refurbished tools from auctions, flea markets, and others. Products and accessories that don’t meet these requirements will not be returned.

LRI/Photon Warranties and Return Policies

Lifetime Warranty:

LRI/Photon covers all light products under a lifetime guarantee. If product fails for reasons other than battery expiration or abuse (unintended use, intentional damage, etc), you can return it for free repair or replacement. Must be shipped in a box or padded mailer.

Lumapower Warranties and Return Policies

Lifetime Warranty:

Lumapower offers a multi-term warranty over the length of three years for their flashlights. Coverage does not extend to damage due to abuse and misuse, and self-modified products. Terms are as follows:

1st Year: Free parts and labor for repairs, including shipping costs from company to purchaser

2nd-3rd Years: Free parts and labor for repairs, not including shipping costs

Beyond 3rd Year: Lumapower offers free repairs, with added cost of parts and shipping

Maxpedition Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Maxpedition offers a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer defects for product lifetime (not purchaser lifetime). This warranty’s coverage does not extend to typical wear and tear, misuse and abuse, unauthorized modifications and alterations, and natural breakdown of colors. Rips, tears, burns, holes, and other damage caused by use and accidents is not covered by this warranty. Products that meet warranty criteria will be repaired or replaced, either with the same product or a model of equal value. Free promotional items are not covered under this warranty.

MecArmy Warranties and Return Policies

2 Year Warranty:

MecArmy’s two year warranty covers all their products for material and workmanship defects. Coverage does not extend to pocket clips, batteries, holsters, and other accessories. For first 15 days, all products can be guaranteed exchanged for a replacement. After 15 days, products can be repaired for free for two years. Beyond that, products can be charged for material expenses only.

MethodLights Warranties and Return Policies

30 Day Warranty:

Method Lights covers products for manufacturing and workmanship defects for 30 days after purchase. Warranty is null is product was intentionally damaged, and must be returned undamaged in original box, with QC sticker intact to be a valid return. Coverage does not extend to products damaged via a third party re-seller.

Nextorch Warranties and Return Policies

Lifetime Warranty:

Nextorch’s Lifetime warranty covers all of their products for manufacturing defects within the USA. Claims must be made through Nextorch’s customer service department before returning products.

Nite Ize Warranties and Return Policies

2 Year Limited Warranty:

Nite Ize will repair, replace, or exchange a product that shows defects during its expected lifetime, so long as it wasn’t subject to abuse, misuse, or neglect. Rechargeable batteries in products can be replaced up to two years since product purchase.

Nitecore Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Nitecore’s limited lifetime warranty varies per product category, whose term lengths will be listed below. Nitecore will cover malfunctioning products for repair or replacement, and will replace limited-edition items with products of similar or upgraded performance. Warranty coverage does not extend to products that show signs of intentional damage, ordinary wear and tear, battery leakage, damage due to improper use or maintenance, nor modification or reconstruction of original product, including third party repairs. Warranty lengths for various products are:

5 Years: Lighting products (without built-in batteries)

2 Years: Lighting products & keychains(with built-in battery-packs) and textiles

1 Year: Chargers and NL batteries

3 Months: IMR/NI/INR batteries

Note: After these time periods, Nitecore products still receive support through the limited lifetime warranty, which covers labor and maintenance costs, with the exclusion of accessories and replacement parts.

NOCO Warranties and Return Policies

If you’re having a problem with your NOCO product, please contact support by emailing [email protected]. Our team will help identify the problem and answer any questions you might have about the product. If we are unable to resolve your issue and your product is still under warranty, NOCO will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and request for you to send the product to NOCO.

Please note that sending in your product does NOT guarantee that your product will be replaced nor confirm there is an issue with your product. Please DO NOT send in your product before contacting support, as this will risk having your product returned and delay the warranty process.

When contacting support, you will need: proof of purchase; serial number (register product at no.co/register); your contact information, including your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and company if applicable; and a detailed description of the issues you are experiencing (any photos and videos you can provide are great for helping NOCO diagnose the problem, include them in your email).

Olight Warranties and Return Policies

30 Day Warranty:

Olight offers a 30 Day return warranty. Return defective product to the retailer of original purchase within 30 days of purchase, and they will repair or replace it. Free accessories (pocket clips, holsters, charging cables) have no warranty coverage.

1 Year Warranty:

Batteries are covered for factory defects for one year after purchase.

2 Year Warranty:

Headlamps are covered for factory defects for two years after purchase.

5 Year Warranty:

Olight’s 5 year warranty covers factory defects for lights, up to five years after purchase. Olight will repair or replace the product at their own discretion. Coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear. Returns after the five year period may invoke fees at the assessment of Olight.

Pelican Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Pelican’s limited lifetime warranty varies per product category. In general, this warranty covers material and workmanship defects for life. It will not cover products that have been altered, abused or misused, subjected to negligence, or damaged. Limited edition products will be repaired or replaced with product of similar quality and size.

This coverage extends but is not limited to the following Pelican products:

  • Flashlights and headlamps (excluding the lamp and batteries)
  • Backpacks (excluding foam and contents within)
  • Mobile Protect backpacks and duffel bags (excluding contents)
  • Molded coolers and panels (excluding wheels, drains, accessories, color, rubber feet, etc)
  • Injection molded cases (excluding foam and contents within)
  • Pelican Elite Luggage (excluding latches, handles, wheels, and internal accessories)

1 Year Warranty:

Pelican’s 1 year limited warranty extends to remote area lighting systems (RALS), and covers for material and workmanship defects for one year after purchase. Same stipulations as the limited lifetime warranty apply, in addition to being solely valid for the original purchaser.

Petzl Warranties and Return Policies

3 Year Warranty:

Petzl covers their products for defects in manufacture and materials, up to three years after purchase. Coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, oxidation, battery leakage (headlamps), unauthorized modifications or alterations, negligence and poor maintenance, unintended use, products with non-legible serial numbers, helmets with stickers, and products with unauthorized repairs. If your product meets the aforementioned restrictions, Petzl will repair or replace products at their discretion.

Power-Sonic Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Warranty:

Power-Sonic covers all batteries and charger products for defects in workmanship and materials, and will repair or place aforementioned products if Power-Sonic is notified within ten days of defect discovery. Most products are covered for one year, with the exception of PG Series (two years), PHR Series for non-UPS applications (two years), PHR Series for UPS applications (three years), and batteries used in mobility products such as pallet jacks and wheelchairs (six months). Does not extend to products with signs of negligence, misuse, or accident, nor any Powersport Battery products.

Powertac Warranties and Return Policies

Lifetime Warranty:

Powertac’s lifetime warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for flashlights and their LEDs, and will repair or replace products at their discretion. Warranty coverage does not extend to product wear and tear, nor unauthorized use, modifications, or repairs. Receipt is not required.

30 Day Warranty:

Powertac’s 30 day warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, as well as regular wear and tear due to aging, within 30 days of purchase (receipt required). This covered extends to lens, holsters, clips, o-rings, button covers, nylon holsters, plastic holsters, colored lens, traffic cones, and batteries such as the 18650, 26650, 16340, and CR123A.

90 Day Warranty:

Powertac’s 90 day warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, within 90 days of purchase (receipt required). This coverage extends to mounts and remote pressure switches.

Princeton Tec Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Princeton Tec offers lifetime coverage of defects from workmanship and materials, so long as product was operated for intended use. Coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, and products with unauthorized alterations. After three unsuccessful repair attempts, Princeton Tec will offer to replace or refund the product. Lifetime warranty is limited to 10 years for non-USA customers. All products are covered under this warranty, unless specifically covered under the following terms: 1 Year, 3 Years, or 5 Years.

QuiqLite Warranties and Return Policies

QuiqLite warrants its products to be free of defects. This warranty excludes batteries, bulbs/LEDs, abuse and normal wear. QuiqLite will replair, replace or refund the price of your product should they determine it to be defective.

1 Year Warranty:

Applies to rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics.

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

All other products except for the above, the QuiqLite Pro, and the QuiqLite Med.

Rayovac Warranties and Return Policies

Lifetime Warranty:

Rayovac will replace or refund defective, selected flashlight products (as determined by retail packaging). No receipt is required. Warranty coverage does not extend to battery leakage, and damages caused by accidents and misuse.

1 Year Limited Warranty:

Rayovac covers manufacturer defects for portable power devices up to one year after purchase. Coverage does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized alterations, accidents, and normal wear and tear. Warranty does not cover damages to electronic devices from use of portable power device.

Guarantees:

Rayovac offers multiple guarantees for their various battery products. If you’re dissatisfied with your batteries’ performances or quality, you can send them in to be replaced, repaired, or refunded (depending on battery time). Guarantee types are as listed:

  • Performance Guarantee: Batteries (money back option)
  • Money Back Guarantee: Hearing aids, rechargables, (money back option)
  • Damaged Device Guarantee: Photo lithium specialty and rechargeables batteries (repair, replace, refund)
  • Leak-Proof Guarantee: Alkaline batteries (repair, replace, or refund the device that is damaged by Rayovac’s Alkaline batteries that are not expired)

Revere Survival Inc. Warranties and Return Policies

Covers product against faulty workmaship and materials, system and mechanical defects - provided you register the product with Revere.

The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear (including by way of example damaged containers, or damage from deployment), where there is evidence of product abuse or misuse, if the product has been used commercially or for business purposes, where damage has been caused by an act of god or third party and if the product has not been used or maintained at an approved service station in accordance with and at the intervals described on the instructions Revere have provided you with. This warranty does not cover the replacement of time expired items (for example lights, water and rations, pyrotechnics, gas cylinders which can reasonably be expected to be replaced during the lifespan of the product.) 2 Year Warranty:

15 Day Warranty:

RUIKE will replace products that have manufacturing defects within 15 days of purchase. If a product is discontinued or unavailable, RUIKE will offer to replace with a similar or equal product.

5 Year Warranty:

RUIKE’s five year warranty offers free repairs for knives for five years when defects develop during normal use. Coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse and abuse, disassembly, normal wear and tear, and color wearing. Accessories and holsters are not covered by this warranty. After five years, products may be repaired by RUIKE for the cost of parts.

2 Year Warranty:

Smith Optics Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Warranty:

Smith Optics will cover their glasses, helmets, and goggles for manufacturing and material defects, for the extent of individual product lifetime. If defects are found, at Smith Optics’ discretion, they will repair or replace product for free. Coverage does not extend to accessories nor apparel, and warranty claims are only valid from authorized dealers.

SeaSucker Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

SeaSucker, LLC offers a lifetime, non-transferable warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Defective products can be returned to SeaSucker for replacement or repair (at SeaSucker’s option). Warranty claims must be accompanied by a sales receipt or other proof of purchase document. The cost of transportation to and from SeaSucker for the repair or replacement of any defective part or accessory is not covered by this warranty and is to be paid by the owner. This warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from normal use, routine wear and tear, lack of maintenance, user error, alteration of the product, accidents, abuse, or neglect. Repair/Replacement Coverage:

Products with non-warrantable damage or products that are no longer within the warranty period may still be repaired or replaced at your expense. Discounted replacement parts, including vacuum pads, pumps, fork mounts and hardware, are available.

3 Year Warranty:

The SteriPEN brand’s three year warranty covers material and workmanship defects, and assures that your products conform to their published specifications. Streamlight Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Streamlight’s limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects for all products, with the exclusion of batteries and bulbs, chargers, switches, Sidewinder Series, and KeyMate USB products. Coverage does not extend to product abuse and normal wear and tear.

2 Year Limited Warranty:

As part of Streamlight’s limited lifetime warranty, this two year warranty follows the same stipulations regarding defect coverage. Coverage solely extends to rechargeable batteries, chargers, and switches and electronics.

STKR Warranties and Return Policies

1 Year Warranty:

STKR offers a one year warranty that covers most products against manufacturer defects. This warranty covers flashlights, home lights, tough skins, simple suckers, and parking sensors, but is not extended to batteries and charging accessories. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by batteries and chargers. If a custom or limited-edition product (i.e. color variation) is not available, STKR reserves the right to replace the custom product with a standard flashlight or product. Registration is not required for warranty coverage.

TRiLIGHT Warranty:

STKR offers a three year warranty that covers TRiLIGHT series products against manufacturer defects. With the exception of duration, this warranty follows the same stipulations and regulations as the above 1 Year Warranty.

SunForce Warranties and Return Policies

1 Year Limited Warranty:

SunForce covers manufacturer and material defects for one year after purchase. Coverage does not extend to batteries. Proof of purchase is required.

5 Year Limited Warranty:

SunForce offers coverage for material and workmanship defects for one year after date of purchase, solely to original purchaser. Power output is covered by warranty for five years. Proof of purchase is required.

SUNWAYMAN Warranties and Return Policies

15 Day Warranty:

SUNWAYMAN will repair or replace flashlights with quality issues within 15 days of purchase. Products that are discontinued may be replaced with models of similar or better performance.

2 Year Warranty:

SUNWAYMAN will repair flashlights for free within two years of purchase, should any signs of quality issues arise during normal use. This warranty can be extended to a total of 30 months by registering your product on SUNWAYMAN’s website.

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

SUNWAYMAN will repair flashlights beyond the two year warranty, for any problems with your product. While there is no charge for labor, fees for material cost depend on the product and repair needed.

SureFire Warranties and Return Policies

Lifetime Warranty:

SureFire covers material and workmanship defects for purchaser lifetime, and will repair or replace defective products for free. Coverage does not extend to normal wear-and-tear, battery drainage, intentional damage, or product misuse. SureFire reserves the right to replace obsolete products with a similar model. Products that are not covered under this warranty can be repaired by SureFire for a fee.

2 Year Warranty:

SureFire covers rechargeable batteries and chargers for two years after purchase. Similar stipulations of lifetime warranty apply, including extent of coverage and replacement guidelines.

90 Day Warranty:

SureFire covers their EarPro products for manufacturing and material defects for 90 days after purchase. Similar stipulations of lifetime warranty apply, including extent of coverage and replacement guidelines.

ThruNite Warranties and Return Policies

2 Year Warranty:

Thrunite offers a two year warranty for flashlights and lighting products that show signs of manufacturing defects. Coverage does not extend to batteries, nor products damaged by abnormal use, wear and tear, or intentional breakage. Products that meet this criteria will be replaced with a new model.

Titanium Innovations Warranties and Return Policies

30 Day / 1 Year Warranty:

Titanium Innovations offers world class service for the very best batteries and chargers. Items may be returned within 30 days for a refund, and defective chargers and flashlights are covered under warranty for one full year. Underwater Kinetics Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Underwater Kinetics’ limited lifetime warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for the original purchaser. Underwater Kinetics will repair or replace products with same or similar product. Proof of purchase is required, and coverage does not extend to products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, battery leakage, water damage, and tampering or alterations. Wagan Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Warranty:

Wagan covers their products for workmanship and material defects, and will repair or replace products at their discretion. Coverage is applicable only for original purchaser with a dated sales receipt, and does not extend to products damaged by negligence, abuse or misuse, nor other breaches of warranty. Products are covered for one or two years as labeled on product manual, while batteries are covered for six months after purchase.

West Mountain Radio Warranties and Return Policies

30 Day Repair Warranty:

All repairs carry a 30-day warranty, which begins the day the repaired item is shipped back to the customer. If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 30 days or to the end of the original one year warranty, depending upon which is longer.

1 Year Product Warranty:

Wiley X covers their non-prescription eyewear for manufacturing, workmanship, and material defects, and will repair or replace products at their discretion, for life. Damage coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, accidental and intentional damage, and other damages, determined by Wiley X in the claim process. Coverage also does not include Light Adjusting lenses, which have a life of 18 months. Warranty is valid only for original purchaser.

2 Year Warranty:

Wiley X covers their gloves for manufacturing, workmanship, and material defects for two years. This warranty is limited to original purchaser, and does not extend to damage from normal wear and tear, accidental and intentional damage, and other damages, determined by Wiley X in the claim process. Products will be either repaired or replaced, at Wiley X’s discretion.

XTAR Warranties and Return Policies

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

XTAR offers a limited lifetime warranty with varying term conditions. Generally, their warranty covers manufacturing defects for their products. Replace services for discontinued products will offer a replacement product of similar or better value.

  • 15 Day Free Replacement: Will replace products that show signs of manufacturing defects
  • 2 Year Free Replacement: Will repair battery chargers and flashlights that show defects under normal use for two years after purchase
  • 1 Year Free Repair: Will repair USB charging Hub Series that show defects under normal use for one year after purchase
  • Limited Lifetime: After aforementioned repair periods, XTAR will continue to repair products but will charge for parts.

ZTS Warranties and Return Policies

30 Day Warranty:

Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The product(s) must be returned in original condition (new in packaging) within 30 days of the date of sale. Products that are worn/used, blemished, or returned beyond 30 days time will not be issued a refund.

1 Year Warranty:

The warranty period for all ZTS products is one (1) year from the date of purchase.
