FAQ

Do I need a new account?

No. Your existing account has been carried over. Log in with the same email you’ve always used. If you already use Shopify with other stores, you can also log in faster with your Shop Pay account.

What about my login email and password?

Your login email stays the same. We’ve upgraded to a code-based login — quick, secure, and password-free. No passwords, no hassle.

When you sign in, you’ll receive a one-time 6-digit verification code by email. If you use Shop Pay / Sign in with Shop, you may also receive your code by SMS, so the process may already feel familiar.

Some devices and browsers let you create a passkey, so you can log in instantly without entering a code.

What about my order history?

It’s all still there — every past order has been preserved for your reference. Some older records with returns, or cancelled orders will be added shortly.

Will my saved addresses and payment info still work?

Saved addresses are available. For security reasons, you may be asked to re-enter payment details the first time you check out. If you already use Shop Pay, your saved payment methods and addresses will appear automatically for a faster checkout.
