We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, our return process is straightforward. Please review the guidelines below to understand eligibility, timelines, and requirements.
General Return Guidelines
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- You must request an RMA within 7 days of delivery.
- Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days; returned items must arrive within this timeframe.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Products that are modified, welded, or soldered are not eligible for return.
- Special orders are not returnable.
- Return shipments should be sent insured.
Refunds & Restocking Fees
- Refunds are for the purchase price only, less a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are non-refundable.
- If an order qualified for free shipping, the cost of standard ground delivery will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
- Restocking fees may be waived by a Customer Support Agent in certain cases (e.g., exchanges for defective products).
Replacements & Defective Products
- If a product is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with an item of equal or greater functionality.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We cover the cost of shipping the replacement item on domestic orders.
- International buyers pay shipping both ways.
- Outside the 30-day period, only the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) applies.
Open Box & Used Items
- Open box or used items may be returned for credit after inspection and processing.
- Replacements are generally not available for open box products.
Cross-Shipping Policy
- We do not offer cross-shipping.
- To replace a defective item, request an RMA for refund or exchange.
- If needed, you may place a new order immediately; your refund will be processed once the original item is received and approved.
How to Request an RMA
- Request an RMA within 7 days of delivery (have your order number ready; if unavailable, provide last name and ZIP code).
- Include the RMA number clearly on the shipping label or outer box.
- Ship the return insured and ensure it arrives within 15 days of RMA issuance.
Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.
RMA Processing Times
Most returns are processed within 2–5 business days after receipt, provided the following criteria are met:
- RMA number is clearly identified on the label or package.
- All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, packaging, and UPC codes are included.
- No physical damage caused by the customer or carrier.
- Item is within warranty when received.
